I ordered a king size foam mattress topper for my bed which I received on 8/23/10. When took it out of the shipping box it had such a terrible chemical odor that it gave my an allergy attack. I finally had to to remove it fron the house so I could sleep that night. After contacting the above customer ser. Person she asked me to take it outside and see if the odor went away and get back with her on 8/29. When I checked today the odor was less but I still can't tolerate this odor. The customer rep. Said they don't take returns on this item. I can understand that policy if I just changed my mind about the item I ordered, but this is a case of I can't use this item. I guess if I get stuck paying for a product that I can't use, at least I can warn other consumers not to buy from this company.
