Title insurance on home not correctly recorded in the registrar of deed unabling buyer to close on a loan. Been waiting more than 2 months for BOA to make their corrections. BOA also failed to send letter of satisfaction on previous owner's deed of trust. BOA refusal give the pay off up the date to potential buyer at the attys office within a reasonable time. BOA automated phone does not allow anyone to discuss any concerns without a loan number.
