They sent us a non running scooter. We had broken part when opening package. We called immediatly to notify and were given false info to send pictures. When we got bike out of box to start it up we folowed all directions and it did not start. We called to complain and ask them to send a return lable they refused and told us to try somthing else. We tried it and it still didnt start. We have notified them on there emil which will not download pictures of damage. We are notifying the district attorney and fraud police of Dallas TX but have not been called back. They also charged our credit card for 3 dinners out and 2 seperate phone bills. Do not buy anything from this company they are fraud. We also contacted the police and our bank for this fraud.
