I called the phone number an got a person with very broken English she said she would issue a refund and it would take 7 days.By now I was livid I asked what service they provided she said protection services. At this point I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told no. Then I asked for their address she gave me one for Reno nevada after getting put on hold multiple times I was hung up on. I called back this time I got a man

With broken English he told me that the charge was for an application fee and gave me a different company name and a las Vegas addreSs. I asked multiple times for a supervisor or the name of the owner of the business. I was never given it. THese people are thieves I got my money back To my bank I call them every day and tell them they are thieves
