On May 31 I was approached at my door by a clean cut young man named Jason Bowman or Bowmar who said he lived in the neighborhood and was trying to win a trip to Hawaii by selling magazines. I asked if it was through his high school and he said no he had graduated (that should have been my first clue!) I purchased a one year subscription to a magazine for $48.00 he would kindly waive the $15 processing fee. I wrote a check and that is the last I've heard of him. I have no other info on him, the check of course was cashed. I will get a copy from the bank and file a police report. I will never again open a door to anyone I don't know!
