I was looking for a business loan. Came across there advertisment on the internet. Put the aplication in. Got a call from Katara Nyberg. She told me that i qualify for a loan. The charge $249.00. I
thaught it was alot of money. I asked her if there were any more fees associated with this loan. She said no That that was all i had to pay. And was only concerned with me signing the agreement for her to take the $249.00. No where in that agreement did it say there would be additional charges. She told me I would get a call in 10 min. Which a woman named megan called to make an appointment for me to talk with an underwriter that coming wednsday. Terry Shaw called me wednsday aprox. 12:10pm. Telling me how great my credit was but there were some kinks in it that needed ironed out. And for 2,000 He would be able to help me fix my credit to obtain this funding. He then asked me if i had a computer. I said yes. He sent me an email about an agreement to allow them to withdraw 2, ooo and any adiditional fees associated with this agreement.instead of signing I started reading the agreement. While he was at the bottom of the agreement telling me all i needed to do was sign it. I said to him #3 of the agreement mentions giving you authorization to take more money off of my card. He emmediatly go on the defence side about not wanted to work with people like me. I told him that i allready got scamed for $249.00. I told him i would file this complaint. He said something about giving me half my money back. I hung up on him.
