This company provided the security device for my truck (two remotes and key fobs). They sent me an order form, i filled out and sent the check on June 02. The check cleared my bank on June 13 and as of today I have not received my product (8/25). I have called several times and left messages for status and sent one fax this week with a written accounting of the timeline and phone calls and requested an update by end of business yesterday or I would begin the reporting process. Nobody has ever answered the phone and I have no response as yet.
