Ripoff bad checks failure to pay rent lie & deceit Ocean Shores Washington

Mary Laws, AKA Molly's PC Shop, and her domestic partner, Jamie D'Antoni were tenants in the home stated above, which I own. They were in the home for nearly two years.in that two years, they were severly late in their rental payments nearly every month. They covered up their late payments by sending bad checks, thus buying yet additional time.

Finally, it became necessary to file legal eviction notices. The first such notice was filed on February 17th. This notice was followed up by a "Motion to Show Cause" seven days later. They ignored both filings, and it became necessary to, "Forceably Evict Them", The Grays Harbor County Sheriff evicted them on Monday, March 8.in the presence of a neighbor and myself, Jamie D'Antoni was instructed by the Sheriff as follows: "Should you return to this home and or further disturb this neighbor, you will be arrested and taken to jail".

I have not had any further contact with these two ladies, however, I do have a judgement entered in the amount of $5,045.00, in the Superior Court of Grays Harbor County.

It has come to my attention that they owe money to several individuals in Ocean Shores, not to mention unpaid utility bills. Just today I received a copy of an overdue statement and cut-off advice from the City of Ocean Shores, on the utilities that they skipped out on. Furthermore, I am told by a neighbor, that a notice appears on the home from Grays Harbor PUD, topay their bill "in cash", since the service has been disconnected.

People like this ought to lose their license to conduct business in the City of Ocean Shores. I don't know what it will take to enforce this kind of action, but it should be done ASAP. They WILL defraud again, not once, but time and again, thats the kind of people they are.
