Ordered what they advertised as a free sample just had to pay 1.26 pounds delivery. Never received a thing but got charged 2 lots of 44.00 pounds. The post office dropped a card in the door saying i had 2 parcels waiting for payment of 25.00 pound and collection. I know i had not ordered anything else so assumed they must have been fron Hydroxatone. I was not going to pay 25.00 pound for a free sample so never collected them. I assumed they got sent back. My bank have emailed them to tell them not to take any more money from my account and i have emailed them insisting on my money back, just have to wait and see now what happens
