They rang saying my computer was recieving too many errors and needed to be fixed apparently they had been trying to contact me for the past 3 weeks. As i had been having a pop-up recently saying of a lot of errors i had believed them and agreed to pay for a life times cover which was £126.06. When i had paid them they took over the computer and browsed through my files. Eventualy they left my computer without making me aware of it and left some programs on my start menu. Luckily i have managed to recover my computer but unfortunatly have not been able to contact them and claim my money back. Beware of them!
