I ordered a titainium druzy ring in a size 8 said one of a kind, i thought that meant something special. Wanted some info on my order and they dont respond to emails they have no phone # (that should have tipped me off) they have a chat but it is never answered even when it says chat is online. I type my request a telephone handle flashes for 30 seconds and then a message comes on there is no one in to answer your chat please email, the ring came today it was bent, too small and quality of silver work was that of a child. The stone which is a druzy is not smoothed its all sharp and bumpy and trying to put it on the finger i odered it for cut me from unfinshed sharp edges. I tried to contact them to exchange but as usual no response so now i am stuck with a ring thats defective and out $31
