Ingenix is retained by Evercare name of my insurance company's plan. I am insured with United Health Care. I have benefits which I have paid for working over 20 years, so thereforth the govenment did not take care of me I paid into the system. I call my insurance company United Health Care and was told I dont have to pay back any of my benefits was paid on my behalf on several phone calls. I was in a bad care accident and Ingenix wants a percentage of my settlement.ingenix requested treatment informations, police report, attorney, other insureds insurance information, claimants and settlement information. This company is totally out of line.
