I ordered a free trial of the above antiwrinkle in may as requested i returned the empty bottle and said that i did not want any more from them. I haven't recieved anymore but the company have now deducted two payments from my card each payment £44.14 i have tried to phone them without success. I have been in touch with my bank but they don't seem to be able to offer any help at all. How can i stop them taking any more money and get the two payments back
