I ordered "Puppps Soap and Cream" from this company on July 21st 2011. I was charged immediately. I never received a confirmation email or any other correspondence from the company regarding my purchase. I can log into my account on their website: rainiersoapworks.com and see my order listed as "pending." I have not received my order. I have sent several email messages and made several phone calls. All have been unanswered. I just want my money back.
