Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Do not use. No response to emails, No merchandise delivered

I ordered a Philadelphia Eagles Jersey for $119.99 on Sunday 12/18. The website only allowed you to use a visa card for the purchase which I thought was a little strange but continued anyway. At the end of the purchase I was waiting for a confirmation window but it never appeared.

My bank sent me an email immediately stating this order was pending. I emailed the online company immediately with no results. On Tuesday, 12/20 my bank sent another email showing the transaction as still pending.

I sent another email to online company again with no results. Called bank immediately. I was told I was covered for loss but bank stated they can't stop pending payments even when they have been told by their own customer of the fraud.
