I live in a apartment owned by khosrow there is alot of mold in our apartment to where we are sick alot also in my sons room the heater went out last year in november now it is august 19 an

I live in pinecrest apartments located in higginsville, missouri. The complex is owned by khosrow sadeghian. We moved into pinecrest apartments on may. When we arrived the carpet was still wet and it smelled like mold. We bpught 3 cans of carpet fresh to remove the mold scent and it worked. Since then i always clean my carpets 2-3 times a year. Every time that i clean it more mold and dirt rises to the surface of the carpet. And if like just some water spills on the carpet it leaves a dark black stain. We have asked to have the carpet replaced, the manager who is willa hayes, tells us that so many carpets 2-3 a year is replaced. Ours still has not been replaced. The shelves in our refrigerater fell out we now have less space to put food in the freezer, i told will hayes about it 2 years ago and it is still not fixed.in my boys room his electric wall heater went out november now it is august 19 and no one has fixed it. Last winter my son and my wife and myself were all sick from the mold in this apartment and the condensation. Yesterday i went to the doctor to check out a rash and i could not concetrate, ahe perscribed a lotion for my rash a zyrtec to clear up my head. On the outside of the building in the breeze way area is some broken outside lights that come on at night, at times when a strong wind comes along the lights are sparking. The gutters are not kept clean the water when it runs off the roof, goes underneath the soffet down the outside walls and the walls are rotting. And there is also majer foundation damage. When i showed this to willa hayes back in 2009 and nothing has been done. Also there are reports from other neighbours that some one is entering thier apartments and taking stuff and using thier showers i have had money stolen, clothes, food, dish soap.
