I was in panic mode when I filled out an online form the site was called "the mortgage relief center" they claimed to be associated with government HAMP program within minutes of filling it out I recieved a call from Oliver Toth he claimed that his company had a suit against my lender and that they had to negotiate with his firm I got passed off thru several people on the phone before being emailed documents to sign was told I would pay 3 payments of 1166.00 and my mortgage would be current and back at my old payment amount after they got the first payment my foreclosure was supposed to be stopped and sale date removed I didnt even sign the documents and 2 days after the given date they drafted my account anyway now they wont answer the phone and when they do they hang up on me
