The instructions said in order for me to get an application for section 8, I had to get a free credit score for the agency on the page. I was instructed to not leave the page until I received the score. After a extended period of time the message was that they were unable to help me at that time, but try back later. The credit card number was required for continued reports. The next day $35.00 was drawn from my account. I also never received the credit score.
