I had a pending charge of $39.95 posted to my bank acct. I asked them where they got my card number, and they told me the company I was talking to was only contracted by Punitron and they only had th e last four digits of my card number so they could search records. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that 1. Person I was speaking to was a manager, and 2. Their company didn't procure, or know about where the information was coming from. They did, however, give me the website for PunitronHelp.com, which shows me it's based in Cyprus.
