Save your home and mindy g alverez which is an attorney, for a home modification, i have the contract saying no money down, $1000 after i get the mod. During the time i was with them they wanted the money up front on 1-6 i never got the mod, i recieved a denial from chase bank with a sell date, on 9-4. I contacted chase bank and we worked out a mod, alvarez never got the mod. I have asked for my money back they laughfed at me, i have been trying to find them. I found mindy alvrez she workes or lives at (Personal Information Removed) her bar # 218309, i m a disablied vet and they scamed me. My wife and i was misslead, how could i get a mod in 3 days and they had my file from 11-21-08 to 9-4 my name is lawrence ruggiero at (Personal Information Removed) thank you
