I stupidly ordered a trial sample, and then cancelled it when it arrived, as the exchange rate was too high, but they still billed me for cream which I still haven't received, I have sent numerous email which keep getting returned, so I rung a phone number which I got told that they had cancelled my order and asked me what name was on my bill, the first name on the 1st order was acm hyroxatone, which was the company I was talking to, the price for the sample was right, and they told me that the other money being put on my card is not them and to try and get hold of this other firm., are they the same company?
