I, too, ordered a FREE SAMPLE from this Company. I had to pay the Shipping fees (naturally), but there was NO MENTION ANYWHERE that once you received the "sample" you had 14 days to contat them, or they would BILL you!!! I was on vacation when I ordered this "free sample"; when I returned home, about 3 weeks later there was a jar of cream (which I'm 'assuming' is the free sample), plus my MasterCard had a debit of $135 for something I had NOT ordered. There is NO WAY you can complain to them via email; the only means of contact is to call them in England - an 8 hour difference!!! I've tried calling twice; finally got the ordered cancelled, but NO credit on my MasterCard. Do NOT order any FREE samples from this company!!!
