Deceptive Marketing Practices Beware they will try and intimidate you into paying

This company is victimizing one of our employees.
They called him and claimed that he authorized a multi-year contract for CD ROMs containing useful marketing lists. They have recorded their conversations with him and played them back to him when he tried to deny the authorization.
They claim he signed for the merchandise, but as a shipping clerk, he signs for multiple packages in any given day.
The employee was afraid to bring this situation to our attention and has been pressured into paying multiple invoices to this company.
They have "promised" to terminate the multi-year contract if he sends in one more payment.
I have forwarded all of the information on this company including other rip off reports on them to the Michigan Attorney General's office and the FTC.
Do not fall for their unethical marketing practices!
I can't believe people and businesses exist like this!
