Dress Was Made All Wrong

On july 29th, i was on a deadline to find a dress asap befour sept6, i heard good and bad reveiws, but i decided to put full trust. I got the gown 15 days later, not to mention, the dresses are cheap and affordable. The dress does not even look like the picture, and i was very unhappy. I read the return policy and understood it.

The thing is, the measurements i gave them (which cost me 10 bucks more) was all wrong, the beading work was horrible. I been emailing them for the past couple days and i finaly had a response today. They said they will take full responsibility of the mistakes they did, please send pictures... Which i did. The sewing was bad, even i can do a better job then this. They told me threw a live chat sayin they could give me a discount but no refund? I thought as customers, we have the right to complain, and even showed proof of what was wrong with it. Shouldn't we be geting a full refund of the damage they did?

I am not to sure about anyone else, but i feel that this site is making bogus gowns that do not look like the pictures. It was a waste of my money and a complete waste of my time. Costumer service wrote another email to me and said, since i didnt LIKE the dress, they will only give me a 50% refund or if i return it, i will get a full refund but i have to pay for shipping. They said it was a reasonable price even if the sewing and everything else was bad.

This might be not a big deal, but i just had to get this out to the people, iam so upset and overwelmed. Never agian, i will order on this site. Customer sevice was very rude and bad. Never in my life i had to deal with bad customer service. My exprience with this site was just horrible. Don't order anything from this site, i wouldnt recommend this website to anyone.
