I have been in a "binding" contract with them since 2002. I have been trying to cancel my account

For 4yrs now. They keep telling me i cant and beacuse i have a contract with them. I have signed

I have signed nothing and on recorded phone calls i have repeatedly told them i dont want to

Renew. They told me i would be charged 59.90 a month and they are currently charging me 109.80

Top of that. I try to call the 1-800 number and no one ever answers. What do i do?
