I ordered four hair beans. They arrived today. I opened the box and there was four cases in it. My four granddaughters arrived excited to get the brushes-all have long hair and they counted the days for them to arrive. They opened them up and three had the hair beans and one was empty. So needless to say one girl was broken hearted being too young to understand. I did not decide it was a scam until I found out they had no telephone and no way to reach them-address only for return items. I will never order from them again and will let my friends know.
