Charged my wife's card and we have never heard of this company before. She forwarded me an email that she got from the "company", and I went to the website it provided where they had a splash page set up with phone number and live chat info. My wife sat on endless hold on the phone as mentioned in other posts. The physical address that they gave for the company on the website was in the town of Nicosia on the island of Cyprus... We will dispute the charge with our bank/credit card company. One possibility I thought about was that we may have used her card to purchase tix on the BART in San Francisco, but that was almost 2 years ago, so that would probably not be part of the info that was hacked recently. Just throwing it out there in case there is a recurring theme. We currently live in Dallas.
