Windows Care rang to say I had been having problems which I had reported to Windows. They asked me to pass control of my computer to them and they showed me the number of faults and persuaded me to part with £199 (TURNED OUT TO BE OVER £200 as exchange rate was indian) they removed my existing protection and put in AVG for 2 computers for 7 years, but I cannot register with AVG as they do not recognise the licence number. I have rung the number they gave me (02030262513) and they answered and said they would get bak to me but as yet... Still waiting
