Has anyone had any contact with Tobacco on line who sells cut price tobacco goods shipped from Poland? They use another Polish company DOTPAY to process credit card payments. They refuse to answer any emails or telephone calls. Any contact with them has to be via the USA.
They have ripped me off for 150 dollars and are still trying to get another 150 dollars for goods not ordered by me. Some how they have processed their request for payment through DOTPAY which has requested payment from my Visa card company. Can anyone help.
