I bought and paid for jewelry on their auction site on the 4th August. It is now the 16th August and I have not received my purchases. The only phone number they give is not available to me, as I live in Australia and I don't have an alternative phone number. My emails to them appear to be lost somewhere in cyber space. I have a tracking order number (3571345724) and a sales order number (92520000). Please help if you can - I can't afford to lose this money - they were meant to be for birthday and christmas presents.
