Ripoff the company did not send my orders

I bidded on two items and paid by credit card on 09-29-06 and 09-30-06 the items were suppose to be shipped out on the 10-04-05 i received an email with the tracking # and invoice #. I contacted bidz.com on 10-12-06 and was told they were reshipped to birmingham, al. But i should receive the by 10-18-06. I contacted bidz.com again on 10-25-06 because i have not received the order. Was given this web site to report the order lost. The invoice numbers are 2862094 the admount of that order was $33.94 the next invoice number is 2860459 and the admount is for $10.45 i also have tracking numbers as they were suppose to come by USPS. The tracking number are 4202420191020982XXXXX. Thank you for any information and help you can give me on this matte
