Roy serviced my one year old freezer with the wrong parts and it caused the compressor to burn out. Now the freezer is worthless. I confirmed with the manufacturer of the parts, Supco, that in fact the wrong parts were used. No response from GAP or the owner Raid Kankhar. I filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs.
