It is unethical to use a scam such as a "Poetry Contest" to lure people into thinking they have a chance to win money.instead Harold Eroy sends out letter's explaining you are now entered into another contest with the chance to win a greater amount of money and that your work has been chosen to be listed in yet another Anthology each containing a different name.

However you do receive an "Editor's Choice Award" that is simply printed from his computer and signed by him personally. At this point I have a large three ring binder filled with these accomplishment's, I am also rated in the top 2% of the Nation in Writing. Therefore you would think at least one piece spanning 18 years would have won one of the cash prizes promised in the letter.

He never reveals what place your work came in at in the competition. He continues writing you trying to sell you one of the first copies at a "discounted rate.
