I was contacted on an online dating service by "SMA Bill Tock" of the U.S. Army stationed at Firebase Maholic near Kandahar Afghanistan who was coming home soon. We IM chatted for several months and then he claimed that he had adopted a young girl from the refugee camp where he patrolled. He claimed her grandmother had given him a case with "some money" in it to help her have a better life. When he attempted to send the case to me it got "caught" in customs and I started getting emails from the "diplomatic curiour" (cant spell that right) that I needed to send money to pay the penalty or he (Lucas Foli - diplomat) and Bill would be reported to the Ghana authorities.
Anyway, it is a bit more convoluted than that but this Lucas Foli/Bill Tock/Pascal Wanny group got me for a lot of money because I fell in love with Bill and then he disappeared.
