Then James claimed to have found 2,440, 000.00 US dollars after a attack in Kandahar Afghastan. Split the money with four other offiers in the US Army. James does not have a wife and trusted me to accept this money. A "package" was sent via a "diplomat" to Ghana. To secure the release of the package the "diplomat" needed $5100.00 US dollars. This amount was for a Non-inpsection certificated and a anti-terrorist and drug law certificate. Delay in time reqired an additional $665.00 for the release of the package.
