I was trying to purchase a Runescape Account via their website.in bold letters on their homepage the website reads "delivered in 15 minutes or less". I waited 4 hours while it said their live chat was offline. While researching reviews of this site, it appears they have scammed many online customers. I filed a complaint with my paypal purchase. Then then after 10 hours had finally responded to my emails saying "sorry, our servers were updating, you need to cancell your dispute with paypal for then we can send you what you ordered". I wait here still with nothing, and you are not allowed to reopen a claim in paypal once you have cancelled it.
