I was after some genealogy info and thought this firm would be of assistance. I paid for full unlimited access which should have covered everything. Everytime I would try to get the info, they would ask for money before they proceeded. When I tried to send a complaint to them, the link said they would get back to me within 48 hours. I tried arrest records. Same story. No answers. No telephone number so I couldn't connect with them. A total scam outfit or else they are completely inept. It is too bad they don't try to make money the honest way.
