This site guaranteed they had arrest records for the individual I requested. After paying a supposed one time fee for 6 months unlimited access I was directed to submit the name again. Once again they requested more money.
I submitted my cats name and they claimed they had several arrest records for him for another fee.
When I sent an email to them to cancel my account I got an email stating Delivery Status Notification (Failure) unable to deliver, no such email address.
