Poor work ethics, takes the money and leaves home 50% complete, we are homeless!

As you can see in the other report, lee fessler contracting has been contracted to build our dream home. His slogan is "we turn your dreams into reality". The only thing he did was turn our dreams into a nightmare. We gave him our money as was requested then he left without finishing the home. The construction has been going on for over 1 1/2 years. I have $30,000.00 into the home beyond the money given to this business and thats only to make it liveable. Not complete. We have been pushed to the edge of divorse and the point of being bankrupt. He shows no remorse for what he has done. We see him in public and he avoids us like the plague. He actually ran through the local lowes store to get away from us.

Speaking of lowes he was fired as an installer since they had 12 complaints about his workmanship. This was in a one month period. We have filed complaints with consumer protection and the better business bureau, but the best way is word of mouth. He refuses to complete the job and does not show up anymore to complete job. He threatens to sue us for slander, all you have to do is look at our house. We had to complete everthing but the shell. Actions speak louder than words.

Please pass on the word of the companys reputation and of lee fessler, owner. Also look on "thesqueakywheel.com" and see the additional six complaints we have on this company. The old saying "buyer beware" must have dealt with lee fessler contracting.
