I was charged $99.00 for "free bids" without my permission-directly to my credit card which I thought was functioning like Ebay and Paypal. I immediately and repetitiously sent emails to the listed site for refund—no response. I called the number provided during the hours they requested and stayed on hold for over 15 minutes with NO ONE ever answering the phone. I immediately called my credit card to stop payment which they said they could not do.
