I signed in and gave my payment info the same way you would do on ebay. Then I realized I just incurred a charge of $99 for 142 bids.
I called them on Monday, July 15 to ask for a refund.
Their customer service rep told me there are no refunds whatsoever. I referred her to Grabswag Terms & Conditions, where in #13 says:
"We will refund any unused purchased bids".
She then offered me a 50% refund in the form of additional bids. I refused and asked for a full refund. She then told me she could not spend more time with me, so at that point our phone conversation ended.
I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction.
A few days later, I found out they refunded me half the amount ($49.50) to my credit card.
The next week, my cc company wrote me saying that Grabswag refuses to accept the claim (no surprise there), and I am responsible for the amount, but they will help me pursue my claim (?)
