Ripoff lied about getting a credit card and took $250 out of my account

Miscellaneous

I was told that I would be receiving the credit helpers package that came with a credit card of up to $10000 limit and the cost was $249 to secure the credit card. Stupid me fell for it. After months and months of calling because I did not receive the package, I finally received it.

I paid $250 for a bunch of paper. The credit card company had no idea who these people were. I called numerous calls, all of which I documented. The customer service reps were terrible. The supervisors were terrible. Everyone refused to give me my money back and said that I just need to complete the credit card application. What a joke!!! My bank even tried contacting the company and was treated in the same manner and they refused to credit the money. I still have this worthless kit but they refuse to take it back.
