Sometime in 2009 I had tried to get a modification gor my mortgage after no success on my own I found a company online reccomended by the BBB with an "A" rating I made sure that they had a legal team that supposedly knew all about getting modifications proccessed. I did pay directly to the lawyer David s. Glanzberg the sum of $2700.00, for his expertise in mort. Mod.
I went with this company spesifically because they assured me that if after anylizing all the financials and adoing a financial audit if I did in fact qualify for a modification. They did guarrenty a 100% refund if it was to get turned down. Since then, after many months of being denied repeatedly and dozens of faxes and emails, I decided that I needed to move on after looking up the site and finding his company had gone from an A rating to a F-? Now they have gone out of business and he was refering me to aother mod co. Which was not what I had paid for called "American Dream" this pissed me off because in the paperwork, no other companies were to get my personal information. Now almost 2 years later he is offering $1850.00 which I am going to have to accept because it will cost me that much to sue for it. I am going to have to say how I came to an aggreement and all is fine and dandy He is an ASSHOLE! And screwwing many people who are already in financial distress.
The law will protect him but the hard working american gets the shit end of the stick once again.
There are too many companies ripping off citizens and the lawyers like David S. Glanzberg will continue being the vulture hovering over-head looking for sick and the maimed to start tearing at the flesh of the remaining corpse.
