Modification Scam - w / US Financial Products and sister companies

In short, contracted US Mortgage Modification Company to modify loan. Eight months later they are still unable to do so. When I asked for a refund, one which is garunteed in the contract, they denied me. When I further pursued, they made accusations that I broke the contract.

The company went out of business and sold or transferred our contract to US Advocate Law Group without notifying us or asking for our permission for other companies to use our information. Then after eight month of falling through the cracks and mishandling our case they send me a letter stating that US Mortgage Modification "Inadvertantly" used their company name.US Mortgage Modification Co doesn't exists any longer.
They are all apart of US Financial Products. The day I requested a refund they began back tracking themselves and making ridiculous claims to try and get out of refunding my money but no one knew all the facts about my case.

The lawyer they are hiding behind to legitimacize their business doesn't even know that he is on record with the Secretary of the State.

Why would I not comply with a company I paid 4K to use???

The owner of this company is Mark Moss... One of the head guys is Dan Trznadel who there is another complaint against on this page. There are also several complaints witht the BBB and the Federal Trade Commisions with these companies. I also filed with O.C. DA...
