Debit Card Car Purchase Not Reflected on Credit Score

I bought a car about a year ago and I used a Chase debit card to pay and I know that it should go on my credit score because I paid with an installment. Since there is nothing on my credit score I know that is fraud. I even told Chase that I could show them a proof of payment and they still refused to help me fix my problem.
