I ordered the trial weight loss & cleansing products, paying $1.95 each s/h on Feb. 23. Our bank statement showed two debits each being $79.99, on Mar. 3. On Mar. 25, I received two more products in the mail. Mailed those back the same day. Talked with two representatives that same day, both telling me I would be refunded. And both telling me I would receive an e-mail to confirm this, which never happened. I sent an e-mail via their support e-mail address, which was never answered. Next bank statement, on Mar. 25 another two debits each being $79.99. A total now of $319.96. Received an e-mail on June 6 saying my credit card was being credited $79.99, only 1/4 of what they owe me. This has never happened. Just yesterday I filed a complaint through the BBB. They are sending my complaint to LeanSpa. I talked with another representative this morning & they have sent an e-mail to the corporate office. I had the rep send me copies of that e-mail. I would advise anyone to file a complaint through BBB. We may never see a refund, but we can at least make known our complaint against this company that has taken advantage of honest people. I am thinking of taking further action if I do not see my refunds once BBB has sent my complaint.
