Debit card charged again a week later after unsuccessful one-off payment

I authorised a one off payment to them which they took but didn't deliver and said they would only take funds if they where successful which they were not. So not only did they go ahead 1 week later and take a payment they further claimed $56.85 on 1 week later on the 8/8 so to confirm they took debit card payments on the 2/8 and again on the 8/8
