I purchased a 99 dollar bidpack, then won like 9 auctions and never recevieved a thing. I called so many times I lost count. I asked to speak to supervisors and I was told that no supervisors work on the floor. I emailed them a bunch of times and I was always told a supervisor would get in touch with me and they never do. I have been witing a month now for someone to call me.
