Kathryn from US Gov Grant Dept called from 623-443-4520 saying I was chosen to receive a grant for $7000 and I was to call Wayne Bruce at 202-609-7027. She asked me to verify a credit card number which was a pre paid card I use for online purchases only. I believe, the balance on the card was about $15.00.
