Dben called my sister, rosemary mcentee, a resident in a
memory unit, and convinced her to buy some kind
of insurance for $447.35 and debited her checking acct.
I, as poa, have tried unsuccessfully to get this amount
returned to her account. Repeated requests have
only gone nowhere and they tell me i have to call weekly to get a refund.
